How does delivery or pick up work?

What is the time frame to expect my blanket to be done?

The time frame for completion varies depending on the size and complexity of your custom blanket.I will provide an estimated completion date when you place your order. 

What is the weight of the blankets?
Every blanket is weighted, with some weighing up to 20 lbs. This gives our chunky knit blankets their signature comforting feel and luxurious drape.

Can I wash my chunky knit blanket in a washing machine?
Due to their weight and size, blankets larger than a throw may not fit in a standard household washing machine. Please refer to our care instructions page for detailed cleaning guidance.

What are heat-bonding points?
Our blankets are fused together using heat-bonding points. You may notice these within the blanket, but they do not affect the comfort, durability, or overall quality of the product.
